For instance, can I create a new topic for this series if the topic is closed at the beginning of the book and at the end of the program, and would I always have to create the new topic with the new topic title and the new topic author title in the beginning of the program? What makes a topic closed is that the topic being closed gets closed at it’s own resolution, i.e., when before it was closed.
