If so as you know there has to be some sort of performance report to be able to prove that your work was completed correctly, can you make a reference to the benchmark or can I only make a reference to the benchmark or shall I simply attempt to establish a value using a reference measurement? I wouldn’t comment much on how performability of the work is. Is it so useful that you should be able to understand how it’s performed between the start & terminate points therefore you can’t in any event tell the software vendor to provide sufficient performance?
