You have to be in a good meeting space in your room. You have to have a background in leadership, leadership training, etc. You can get extra guidance after your presentation or you can even do some additional tasks. I would urge anyone with 2 years of experience to read a book on a theme, a workshop, a class, or some sort of course book. And remember, no one is more than someone can walk you through everything that you need to do, all of it still tied to you and your specific goals and objectives. No one has to do that!
