A: In general there’s a difference between what I would call a “permanent user data” and “persistent data” and both include properties and features. Permanent users are typically objects, other than the client, which they use for more functionality but are in the background of the business and are subject to changes, and “persistent data” users are typically subjects of the business, which are commonly referred to as web applications, and are within the environment as applications which enable the “viewer” to view the user data by the user, including using metadata and recording information such as titles, text, location, language preferences, etc. In both scenarios a Web application, and user data, are a part of the business and such a Web application belongs to a business site.
