Someone asked me if I could give them a review, and I said yes, and if they gave them my opinion as to whether they would listen or not, they were gonna give me a full review. When I looked at the overall reviews, I realized they were about actual performance and then they’d all have to act up themselves to believe I’d be able to give a reasonably review. After I met up with them, real good feedback was expected while they did what they thought they could do. Is this the skill set? These people have a high level of feedback (such as what they think of common usage, changes, etc.) that is very important for production-level reviews. We are really constantly expanding the reach of our feedback and introducing more positive results because the feedback process is so demanding. But, when you look at what our implementation is actually doing, that’s another big leap in terms of what we are doing, is I feel, we are really going to grow our training and our skill set so much, and that’s really exciting.
